RBI Grade B 2025 Selection Process
The complete selection process includes the following stages:
- Phase I (Prelims): Screening test to shortlist candidates for Mains.
- Phase II (Mains): Consists of two objective and one descriptive paper.
- Interview: Final stage to assess personality, knowledge, and communication.
Only candidates shortlisted from Mains are called for the interview based on cutoff.
