Apply Online for NVS Class 6 Admission 2026 via JNVST
Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has officially released the notification for Class 6 admissions for the academic year 2026-27. The admission will be conducted through the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST). Students who are currently studying in Class 5 are eligible to apply. The application process started on 30 May 2025 and will remain open till 29 July 2025. Eligible candidates can apply online by visiting the official NVS portal.

NVS Class 6 Admission 2026: Application Fee
- No application fee is required for any category.
Age Limit (As per NVS Rules)
- Applicants should be born between 01 May 2014 to 30 July 2016.
- Age relaxation will be provided as per NVS norms.
Total Seats Available
- A total of 654 seats are available across various Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas.
Eligibility Criteria for NVS Class 6 Admission 2026
- The student must be a resident of the district where the JNV is located.
- The applicant should be currently studying in Class 5 in a government or government-recognized school.
- The student must apply for the Navodaya school of the same district of residence.
