- Complete OTR Registration:
- First-time applicants must register via the SSC website’s One-Time Registration (OTR) portal.
- Live Photo Upload:
- Capture photo via webcam/SSC app with plain white background.
- Application Steps:
- Log in using OTR credentials.
- Fill details, upload documents, and pay fees (if applicable).
- Preview before final submission.
- Post-Submission:
- Save/print confirmation copy.
- Use correction window (July 9-11) for edits.
Critical Notes:
- Applications submitted after July 4, 2025 (11 PM) will not be accepted.
- Photo must be recent with direct gaze
- Corrections allowed twice with fee penalty
