The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially released the Class 12th Supplementary Result 2025 on August 1, 2025. The supplementary exams were conducted from 15 July to 22 July 2025 for students who could not qualify in one or two subjects during the main board exams. CBSE Exam Eligibility Criteria 2025
Class 10th & 12th Eligibility Conditions
- Minimum Attendance Requirement
- Students must have at least 75% attendance. Exceptions may apply for medical or official representation.
- Passing Marks
- Minimum 33% required per subject. In practical subjects, 33% is required separately in both theory and practical.
- Internal Assessments
- A minimum passing grade (above ‘E’) in internal assessments is compulsory.
- Compartment Exams
- Allowed for students failing in one or two subjects.
- Subject Selection
- Finalized during List of Candidates (LOC) submission. No changes permitted afterward.
How to Download CBSE 12th Supplementary Result 2025
Follow these steps to download your CBSE Class 12th Supplementary Result:
- Visit the official result portal: results.cbse.nic.in or cbse.gov.in
- Click on “Class 12 Supplementary Result 2025” or “Class 12 Compartment Result 2025”.
- Enter your Roll Number, School Number, and Admit Card ID.
- Pass the captcha verification and click “Submit”.
- Your marksheet will appear.
- Download and save the PDF for future use.
