CUET UG 2025 Exam Pattern & Syllabus Overview
The Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG) 2025, conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency), is the gateway to undergraduate admissions in central universities, state universities, and participating PSUs/government institutions across India.
The exam is divided into Language, Domain-Specific Subjects, and General Test. The National Testing Agency (NTA), Common University Entrance Test conducting body, released the CUET syllabus for 23 domain subjects, 13 languages and General Aptitude Test.
✅ CUET UG 2025 Selection Process
The CUET UG 2025 exam will be conducted in three sections: Languages (Section IA & IB), Domain-Specific Subjects (Section II), and the General Test (Section III). The exam will be administered in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode with multiple-choice questions.

📘 CUET UG 2025 Exam Pattern
- Section IA (Languages): 13 languages are offered, and candidates need to choose one (English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Kannada, Gujarati, Bengali, Urdu, Malayalam, Odia, Assamese, Punjabi).
- Section IB (Additional Languages): 20 other languages are available as options for those who want to choose a language not in Section IA.
- Section II (Domain-Specific Subjects): 23 domain-specific subjects are offered, and candidates can choose up to 6 subjects.
- Section III (General Test): This section assesses general knowledge, current affairs, numerical ability, quantitative reasoning, and logical and analytical reasoning.

📚 CUET UG 2025 Subject-wise Detailed Syllabus
Languages: The language section focuses on reading comprehension, vocabulary, and literary aptitude.
Domain-Specific Subjects: The syllabus for each domain-specific subject is based on the NCERT Class 12 syllabus.
General Test: The General Test syllabus includes general knowledge, current affairs, mental ability, numerical ability, quantitative reasoning (basic math skills), and logical and analytical reasoning.
